100 days of happiness

Starting my blog today (25th October 2017), I’d like to start by asking you to think about the inspirational things that happen in your life every day.

A friend asked me today:

“ So, you try to do happy things and post them online? “

No! Think carefully, every day something that makes you happy and keeping a log of these positive moments ensure that you focus on what’s most important – Your own mental health and recognising that the smallest things can make us happy.

They don’t have to be BIG LIFE CHANGING EVENTS, they can be moments where you smile and help you recognise what makes you feel content.
